The Creative Doula Process

You’ll also leave with new attainable goals that turn you on and an action plan to achieve those goals.

    Over the course of 5 weeks we will discuss pathways to creativity as detailed by various religions, philosophies and theories, uncover your unique creative style, address and remove blocks, connect to the inner child, and apply a myriad of hands on techniques and divine tools to get you flourishing and in your flow. This is a short but intensive process and there will be minimal homework to help accelerate your way.
